Overview:
Rooh is three flavoured, scented candle packaged in a tinted wine bottle. The wine bottle can detach into three parts as the wax melts. All these detached parts have an afterlife.
Motivation behind doing this project:
In layman’s language, designing a disruptive packaging meant function had to follow form. The form was a wine bottle and I somehow had to fit a function in it. In challenges like this, sustainibility is usually thrown out. That’s exactly what I took-up as a challenge. How can I make something as stupid as this sustainable? How can i still have a sensible after-life for a brief like this? Finding answers to this question came along, Rooh.
